We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return your purchase, make sure that it is unused and undamaged, with the tag and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.

Items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Store pickup or walk-in store return policy: 

Pickup in store - return within 5 days to receive a full refund.
In-store pick-up policy - After 5 days, exchange sizes or receive a store credit for returns made within 14 days with receipt.

Online return policy

All items must be shipped back or returned within 7 days (Items should be back in the store within seven days) but We do offer return merchandise back in store for free at Koh’s kids 311 Greenwich St. New York, Ny 10013.
Note that $9.95 will be reduced from your order for  creating labels to ship the merchandise back to us.

Returns for store credit or refund are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. All returnable items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order. Koh’s Kids provides a return label via UPS for $9.95, or you can ship back using your preferred carrier.

We do not offer merchandise Exchanges online. Please return your purchase and place a new order for the new item.
